Client Account Manager

The Client Account Manager role is the face of ThoughtMix. Managing c. 15 clients of all different shapes and sizes, you’ll lead the service delivery to the Client, managing their marketing campaigns, budget and most importantly, the Client relationship. Your main objectives is to ensure you are delivering against the objectives of the Client, working alongside your Client Support Assistant to meet and exceed their expectations.

This role is an ideal next step from a marketing executive or account executive looking for more responsibility, or an account manager looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise c. 15 clients on their partner marketing strategy, taking guidance from our strategy team
  • Make recommendations to grow their partner program
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and most importantly, your Clients
  • Analyse our AI/Machine Learning systems to create new opportunities to meet and exceed your client’s expectations
  • Negotiate and book in exposure with top 10 partners, to promote offers and promotions on behalf of your Clients
  • Hold weekly or bi-weekly calls with your Clients to update them on new opportunities and progress
  • Frequent face-to-face meetings with Clients
  • Attend industry networking events to meet with partners
  • Arrange and host “partner days” in London

Essential Key Skills:

  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills and able to contribute in a team environment
  • Accuracy, strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills required
  • Willingness to help and learn
  • A consistent, reliable, flexible manner and good time keeper
