We have kickstarted 2025 with an exciting new addition to the team – Jonathan Cropley who will be stepping into the role of Managing Director for both ThoughtMix and Distract.
Jonathan has a successful history leading teams and driving growth in the marketing sector and media companies like Archant/Newsquest and BizClik. He brings valuable expertise to both agencies with the skills to drive further progress and growth into 2025 and beyond.

With the Distract team recently moving to the ThoughtMix office in central Lincoln, Jonathan will play a pivotal role in overseeing the further collaboration across the two agencies allowing us to provide an extended list of services to all clients.
